1 • Corn flour
2 • 4 cups (950 mL) water
3 • Accompanying meat and/or vegetables
1 • Measure and bring to boil 4 cups of water in the saucepan.
2 • Add the cornflour slowly while stirring with a wooden cooking utensil.
3 • Continue adding cornflour while still stirring to a thickened consistency.
4 • Cook to a desired texture.
5 • Turn the cooked ugali onto a serving plate.
6 • Serve.
