detail of Amandazi

MEAL DISPLAYINGREDIENTSDIRECTIONSSHARED BY:
1 • 100g corn meal
2 • 30g wheat flour
3 • 20g sugar
4 • 1 egg
5 • 125ml milk
6 • Oil for deep frying
1 • Mix together the flours and sugar. Add the egg and milk and stir to form a viscous dough. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan to a depth of about 6cm.
2 • Once the oil is hot add the batter 1 tbsp at a time and fry until golden.
3 • Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on kitchen paper and serve once all the Amandazi are done.
